I just made a Peach Pie and this old guy really came in handy to clean-up the mess!
A friend gave me a brillo ladybird this year and I think it's almost too pretty to be used on dirty dishes.
HMM!
A lens cleaning wipe. Use it once and dispose of it. It's resting on a Takumar 35mm f3.5 which is mounted on a Lumix GH2 via an adapter. The wipe just fits through my 75mm square template. HMM and, as always, Thanks for any and all views, faves, or comments.
Multi surface, soap dispensing dish scrubber for the Macro Mondays challenge: "Scrubware." Area shown is about 55mm square.
Happy Macro Monday!
Cette éponge naturelle Loofah nous était bien utile pour une douche tout en douceur lorsqu'on était plus jeune. Mon beaufrère a planté une liane de cette courge et m'approvisionne de ces éponges à l'occasion. #Macro #MacroMondays #Scrubware
You can't just land your silly brazen spaceship wherever you want. May I see your license, please, and a passport?

That tiny brush is for cleaning the tubes on a trombone. There's a long rod (~80cm) with a cloth for the straight parts, and this one sits on the end of a rubber coated spring and goes around the bends.
For Macro Monady's Scrubware theme, and for tomorrow's
Toy Project Day 3680
This was a really useful theme; it reminded me to go and buy two new pan scrubs from the local hardware store. These brightly coloured ones last for ages. Seen here with a drop of Fairy Liquid (other brands of dishwashing liquids and general purpose green detergents, are available, see in store for details, your pots are at risk if you don't scrub them properly, suds and conditions apply). This was just a tad under two times magnification, so there is around half of an inch of the scene here. Happy scrubbing.
I stood in the kitchen looking for ideas. I saw this straw scrub sticking up in the drying rack with a few plastic bottles in the background. So I took my Canon R6 Mark2 mounted with my EF 50mm F1.4 plus a Raynox 250 click on to shot this. I did place a torchlight behind the bottles to create the bokeh.
For Macro Mondays, scrubware.
As usual, the background is my favorite piece of trash. I am in a rut. I do like the way there are little rainbows along the edges, if you zoom in.
This is a strange substance. "Scrub Daddy is made from a strong "high-tech polymer", which is likely to be polycaprolactone based on prior patent filings." I bought this a couple of years ago, didn't like it, and stuck it in a drawer.
My addition to today's Marco Monday is Scrubware.
Thanks for your favourites and comments, they are all really appreciated.
This strange looking thing is my favorite bottle brush. It has stiff bristles in the back and a soft fiber puff up front. It works great! The parts shown are just over 2 inches. Happy Macro Monday.
Look what showed up in our grocery order yesterday!! And we didn’t order it! Almost like the photography gods aligned with the scrubware theme!! And it’s one of my favorite color combos- blue and yellow!
giggling… fresh out of the package and already there’s cat hair

A detail of a sponge for the scrubware challenge
Thanks for taking time to comment, fave and look at my work. I really appreciate.
My prop for the week's theme of "scrubware" is a soft brush that I use to scrub vegetables. I enjoy the time that I get to work on my weekly photo; it's really the only time I get into a flow state. I shut out the noise of the world, play, and experiment with making the mundane seem interesting. Thanks for visiting, HMM!
