River Cole Birmingham UK

Scribers Lane on the Hall Geen/Shirley border is a pleasant narrow lane. It used to be a through road albeit with a wide ford in it where the River Cole crosses, today it is traffic free the road closed with substantial posts. There is a large area of allotments just the other side of the bridge so the occasional car does go down the road however the 12'.6" warning seems a little overkill even for the tallest roof rack.

The train was 2S44 the 12.51 Worcester Shrub Hill to Whitlocks End, no I didn't get the number.

This was an hour out from my self isolation.
