My name is Shawn Gilson. I grew up in the Pocono's, Pennsylvania. I'm 14 years old and always had a thing for entertaining people. So from then on, I realized I wanted to do something with showbiz, like movies. Luckily, I got a role in an indy film titled, "The Passing" in 2002 as a kid on the playground when I was 11 years old. Then, the same makers as the movie, wanted me to come back to do a commercial for Amstel Lite Beer. This time I was a laughing kid, amongst others, getting off a school bus. It might not of been very big roles in those 2 projects, but I had a lot of screentime. Then the next year, while I was in 6th grade, my school was doing the play, "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow". I was very excited for this, as it was one of my favorite fairy tales. Unfortunately, after I tried-out, the music teacher only casted me as onsomble, with no speaking-lines. Singing just wasn't for me ... so I was pretty blue. But when somebody was too scared to go through with the play, she traded my part for his. Of course, he only had 1 line. But it was better than nothing. That play went pretty well, but it wasn't enough for me. I couldn't wait until the next year when I move into middle school where they have drama club! And I did it. I joined drama club and auditioned. As soon as I knew it, I was cast as Prince Charming in "The True Story of Cinderella"! This was an awesome role for me. This time approximately 70 lines greater than my previous play. The play went on May 14th and 15th, 2005 on Friday and Saturday night, along with the drama clubs other two productions grossing a ton of money from friends, family, staff, and other people. It was great, and I am 100% sure I'm going to join drama club nexy year, in the 2005-2006 school year. But it's still summer vacation here, 6 more days until I have to go back. And I just submitted a 10 dollar donation to The1SecondFilm a few minutes ago, which would make me a 'Producer'. That's pretty cool, because it's a major movie and my name will be up on the big screen -- hopefully. Also, I might be in a indy vampire film shooting next summer. I'm making my audition tape tomorrow with the help of some friends. The lady seems very cool and I wouldn't be surprised if I got a part. She says she can't wait to view my video. I will pray to God, I get a role in this, it's like my dream to be in a horror movie.
Perfect Moment: I know this sounds cheesy, but the perfect kiss.

Hot Wheels released another Fiero diecast this summer honoring the Fiero that had a decent amount of screentime in Ferris Bueller's Day Off, driven by Jennifer Grey as Ferris Bueller's sister. Her car was an 85 SE - the Hot Wheels mold is for an 84, otherwise it's actually a good quality diecast, with rubber tires and tiny emblems.
Needless to say, I lost count of how many of these I accumulated.

Hot Wheels '71 Ford Mustang Mach 1, from the James Bond film 'Diamonds are Forever'. 2019 series 2/250, 'Screen Time' 4/10.
I think the wheels on this look better than those on the 007 series version of this, but otherwise it's the same model as far as I can see: www.flickr.com/photos/adrianz-toyz/24933443665

My little minifigure of Minister Rufus Scrimgeour from the very start of Deathly Hallows Part 1 played by the wonderful Bill Nighy. I think it's unlikely we'll get an official version due to how limited his screentime was in the film, but who knows?

Me and my family went to France when the Ldoll festival was arranged. We took the chance of visiting both Lyon and Paris. Te-Te got some screentime too in her new clothes bought from the festival.

A group of friends in theatre in New York write a play about a group of friends who meet in New York. The play is written into a screen play and the group of friends move to LA to make the movie with a brand new director (seen on the right here). The result is quite delightful in complexity and is of a high quality for a first film.
The plot is reminiscent of another girl on girl romantic comedy called Imagine Me and You, only much more screentime is given to the women being together since the lead writer is likely a dyke (seen here speaking with drink in hand). The ending is also just a tad ambiguous suggesting more complexity.
The lesbian character is adorable, smart and funny. The straight girl is so uptight and orderly that I had a hard time believing she could be had, but it grew on me. She is played by the actor second from the left.

We've been watching Top Gear UK via plugging my laptop into the TV. It turns out it's a lot like that old Columbus Blue Jackets banking card -- it's loved by people AND animals! Hegle prefers to watch it on the smaller screen, though. She also loves to jump on the lid so it closes and shuts the show down, and loves to chew on the sides of the laptop, and loves to step on the keys to change the screen resolution...
EDIT: You know what? We took this picture on February 25, but processed and posted it on the 26th, and frankly it's better than the only other picture we took on the 26th. And after over six years of 365ing, we're just going to make our own rules and use this as THE WRONG DAY'S PICTURE. Because we can, dammit!
