I screen printed these curtains using an embroidery hoop, curtain sheers and Mod Podge, I LOVE how they came out. Such an easy and fun project!
Renowned type design studio Fontsmith has launched FS Emeric, a new typeface that represents the culmination of over two years’ work by Fontsmith’s type design director, Phil Garnham.
As part of the launch 11 leading design studios from around the globe were invited to create a limited edition A1 poster using one weight of FS Emeric. We were one of them.
Believe in® designed an additional campaign poster, and all 12 have been screen-printed onto 175gsm Colorplan and hand numbered by Dan Mather in London.
Participating studios included Pentagram, Build and Bibliothèque in London, Manual in San Francisco, Studio Dumbar in Rotterdam and Lundgren+Lindqvist in Gothenburg.
Our poster was inspired by the "history of the expression 'Time and tide wait for no man', we used visual references from the font to craft the iconography, creating an image that aimed to capture the combined essence of the font and the phrase."

Layer 3 was a transparent dark purple color; but I decided it'll need two more colors before it's to a point i'm pleased with. The ladies need more detail in their faces and hairs. I'll never do less than five color prints at this rate!

Our PR team just let us know that someone leaked this photo of one of our newest designs to the press. So we thought we better beat them to the punch.
It's true.
We have topped our "Jesus Gives me a HUGE Resurrection" tees!

"Kenny G. Aint Jazz" is a piece that I have been working on for a long time. In fact this is probably the longest I have spent on an illustration. The figures took about 2 weeks to get right and the type was another week and a half. I am really proud of this one and it should be available on The Ink Initiative Project Series Two Launch by the end of summer.
