This is my favourite from recent film exploits. It helps that we have a fine photogenic Scottish face here. He's also an excellent character and friend. From the second roll film I have developed.
The town of Boonton provides a backdrop as a "Boonton Scoot" passes the URHS Railroad Museum [For a Day] event. NJ Transit was kind enough to provide this shuttle train service between the Morristown Line at Denville and Boonton in support of the United Railroad Historical Society of NJ. The west end of the Montclair-Boonton Line does not currently have weekend service. "Museum" displays in this view include NJ Transit's Erie heritage unit, NJT's newest ALP-45PD and NJT ALP-44 #4424 which is now part of the URHS collection. Having the CNJ heritage unit power the scoot was a nice touch.

METX F40PH #131 proudly wears its modern incarnation of the Metra lightning bolt paint scheme as it leads a westbound scoot past a very weed infested parking lot in Glen Ellyn. The term “scoot” is an old CNW nickname for their commuter trains that used to run before Metra took over in 1984.
Just east of Tobyhanna is this really nice curve. Here the DL eastbound makes a run on Oct 13, 2016.

This is a recently opened tunnel that runs from Kings Cross underground to One Pancras Square. The walls change color of a regular basis and it's an impressive piece of architecture. However, you have to wait a along time from anyone to walk down it, although as is often the case, you wait for ages and then two groups come along at the same time!
