Cardiff Launches
Following the launch of international schemes in the USA and France, OYBike and partner Veolia Transport are looking forward to bringing the technology closer to home. This month, bike hire rental stations will begin to be positioned around the city centre offering local workers and tourists an alternative way to get around.

A triadic color scheme practices the use of colors that are uniformly spaced around the color wheel. This use of color can be very vibrant, even with the soft yellow; it works well with the green and blue. The image doesn’t allow one color to over power the rest, which is why the sky is whited out; other wise blue would over power the image. (www.bwgreyscale.com/adimg02/adv_0588.JPG)

I started with a blue background. i then used a leaf brush and covered the background with yellow leaves. I then used the the gradient tool and created the blue lines. I then used another gradient tool to create the yellow stars. That was all.
