From the serie PROTEST UNDERWEAR . Colonel wants to know what are the political opinions of the youth of today . He ask them to write a slogan that can change the world( as the old slogan " peace and love" does not work anymore) . The attitude and the protesting scenography is also update in order to launch a new generation of brave protesteurs . Later on : statistic were done .Colonel work with extracting public opinion since 1989 . Georgia designed by Andrea Knecht is part of the Lovetoy Collection, a series of love objects imagined by women for women as an alternative to the traditional codes and conventions of the traditional sextoy industry.

Georgia is a lovetoy for women imagined as an extension of the finger. Its shape evokes the flower ‘Calla’ and was made in remembering of the artist Georgia O’Keeffe. Made of fine silicon 100% hypoallergenic.
Andrea Knecht, Swiss/Brazilian, born in 1971, lives and works in Lausanne, Switzerland. Ecole Cantonale d’Art de Lausanne (ECAL), Master in Industrial Design. Graduated in 2005 (first woman). Since 1998 Andrea has been working on all aspects of product design, from manufacturing to distribution. She has developed many innovating material techniques, most notably using silicone and rubber. In 2000 she collaborated with the world famous Campana brothers in Sao Paolo. Her double nationality reflects in her work : the Swiss disciplined purity of lines and Brazilian risk taking.
Recently Andrea was internationally noticed by both the media and the profession with her revolutionary collection made of hay and latex.
Exquise Design is a company based in Paris since 2007. From idea to finished product our job is to orchestrate eclectic art professionals throughout the world in fields such as graphic and product design, art direction and photography, publishing or scenography. For each one of our projects, we aim at bringing you a pleasurable design experience out of the ordinary. At the crossing of craftsmanship, new technologies and fresh ideas, our goal is to collectively strive for positive changes in attitudes, particularly towards subjects generally left aside by the industry. Our first project has been to rethink the codes of sexuality through product design. We asked three women designers to follow one brief: to imagine an object for solitary body pleasure aimed at women, made of silicone, non-explicit, non-mechanical and that integrates with the natural movements of masturbation. Matali Crasset, Sara Szyber and Andrea Knecht came up with forms and functions that challenge in every possible way the usual codes generally attributed to the area of sex and design.
This Lovetoy collection designed by women became a book project named Love Design, published by Daab, featuring the world's best contemporary designs on the theme of Love. In April 2009 during the Milan furniture fair Exquise curated the first Love Design show, presenting a series of new outstanding designs taken from the book. This exhibition now travels to the Parisian design store 107 Rivoli, attached to the museum of Decorative Arts, and to the Vienna Design Week at the Design & Art gallery. In December 2009 you will be welcomed to our very own newly built design gallery in Paris, near Gare de l'Est (10e). Named SLOTT, this is a creative thinktank space like no other in Paris, a unique spot for like-minded creatives to meet, exchange and work under the same roof on exciting new projects.

la sua bellezza è tutta da analizzare: pelle chiara, lentiggini, labbra carnose e capelli rossi, in poche parole una bambola di porcellana.. devo dire che la sua finezza non rispecchia il suo carattere così espansivo,alla mano e solare; con lei è impossibile non ridere tra le baggianate che dice e i discorsi seri da ascoltare, pronta a raccontarti ogni particolare della sua vita sempre con il sorriso. Tutti amano la sua spensieratezza e il suo modo di essere, un pò bambina ma allo stesso tempo un pò adulta. Lei è così, lei è da capire, ma fidatevi che una volta capita non riuscirete più a stare senza di lei e la sua risata contagiosa. Avete presente quelle giornate buie,grigie in cui tutto fa schifo e di alzarvi dal letto per andare a scuola sarebbe l'ultima cosa che vorreste fare a questo mondo? Ecco lei in quei giorni è essenziale per migliorarti la giornata, ha la capacità di farti ridere anche mentre piangi ed è un pregio che non tutti hanno. é a dir poco cocciuta, ti chiede consigli almeno trenta volte al giorno ma fa sempre e comunque di testa sua,a volte sbaglia a volte fa bene, ma è giusto così,sa di avere la testa e sa come usarla,è estremamente orgogliosa e anche un tantino ansiosa per le situazioni che gli stanno più a cuore. Non si rende conto di quanto sia bella sia dentro che fuori così com'è con pregi e difetti; la definirei un'amica pazza con cui puoi essere te stessa al cento per cento senza preoccuparti di come ti stanno i capelli o come ti sta il vestito, potresti andare a casa sua in accappatoio che per lei sei sempre bellissima.

Italian postcard. Pasquali Film. In 1915 the Turinese company Pasquali Film made an adaptation of the classic, nationalistic novel Ettore Fieramosca (1833) by Massimo D'Azeglio, directed by Umberto Paradisi and with scenography by Domenico Gaido, according to Vittorio Martinelli, while IMDB claims Gaido was co-director with Paradisi. Acclaimed actors Gustavo Serena and Domenico Gambino had supporting parts in the film, while Giovanni Cimara played the title role.

In 1503 the French army is walking towards Rome. Ettore Fieramosca (Giovanni Cimara), engaged to Ginevra di Monreale (Laura Darville), is sent to Bari to organize the resistence. But the invaders proceed and they capture the castle of Monreale. The old count of Monreale offers his daughter in mariage to Grajano d'Asti (Nello Carotenuto), a renegade who commands the French troops, if he frees them from the foreign soldiers. Among Grajano's friends is Valentino Borgia, who becomes hot for Ginevra and gives her a potion which creates an apparent death. Yet when Ettore returns from Bari and hears from her death, he gives her a farewell kiss... and awakens her. The two of them flee, so when Borgia opens the coffin, it is empty. The French now move to Barletta, ruled by Ettore. During a seize fire, a French captain, prisoner of war of the Italians, insults the honour of the fighting Italians. Ettore then proposes a challenge of 13 Italians against 13 French and their allies. During the fight the Italians win and Grajano dies. Borgia makes Ginevra believe Ettore has another love, so she has a heart attack. When Ettore returns to her, he finds her died by grief. He then saddles his horse, storms towards a rock and ends up in sea.
While produced in 1915, Ettore Fieramosca was released late, e.g. in 1917 in Turin, where critics claimed this film would have been lauded before the war (the First World War), but now looked old style, for instance in its performances, despite the tasteful sets and shots on location. Martinelli suspects this reputation of outdatedness may have been enforced by the insertion of fragments from an earlier version of Ettore Fieramosca, filmed by Pasquali in 1909 and now a lost film. In 1938 Alessandro Blasetti made a sound version.

Curated by Basak Senova, the inaugural exhibition of B7L9, Climbing through the Tide is designed to initiate dialogues and encounters among the works by suggesting various paths of reception through its scenography. Works in the exhibition connect to each other through spontaneously formed content; form; methodology; and approach-based links. By taking the condition-based and geographical inputs into account, the exhibition operates as the prompter of a new interrogations and the instigator of multiple perceptions leading to a more layered reading of our current situation and to different ways to cope with it. Tutti amano la sua spensieratezza e il suo modo di essere, un pò bambina ma allo stesso tempo un pò adulta. Lei è così, lei è da capire, ma fidatevi che una volta capita non riuscirete più a stare senza di lei e la sua risata contagiosa. Avete presente quelle giornate buie,grigie in cui tutto fa schifo e di alzarvi dal letto per andare a scuola sarebbe l'ultima cosa che vorreste fare a questo mondo? Ecco lei in quei giorni è essenziale per migliorarti la giornata, ha la capacità di farti ridere anche mentre piangi ed è un pregio che non tutti hanno. é a dir poco cocciuta, ti chiede consigli almeno trenta volte al giorno ma fa sempre e comunque di testa sua,a volte sbaglia a volte fa bene, ma è giusto così,sa di avere la testa e sa come usarla,è estremamente orgogliosa e anche un tantino ansiosa per le situazioni che gli stanno più a cuore. Non si rende conto di quanto sia bella sia dentro che fuori così com'è con pregi e difetti; la definirei un'amica pazza con cui puoi essere te stessa al cento per cento senza preoccuparti di come ti stanno i capelli o come ti sta il vestito, potresti andare a casa sua in accappatoio che per lei sei sempre bellissima.
