When the ducks scatter it's either a sale on feather oil or something is looking for a snack!

Newcastle East Junction below the castle keep is these days a much cluttered layout, emphasised by the overhead line electrification with a scattering of PSR roundels, SPT posts and of course signals.

So it was difficult to get a clear shot with the castle keep as a silhouette and the sun didn't poke through as strongly as I was hoping.

I spent a ton of time on another photo idea for today that just did not turn out. Perhaps I will find more inspiration on it tomorrow. *keeps fingers crossed".

Day 23. Dropped my TZ40 camera whilst out taking photos this lunchtime. Luckily managed to get a speedy (and free) repair by the London Camera Exchange store in Norwich. What great service!.

Given my lunchtime photography was cut short today, I didn't really get the shot I was after. So when I got home I thought I'd have a play around taking a photo of a cushion. What a rock and roll lifestyle I lead!

The sky went from cloudless, to full of billowy goodness, to a dissipated scattering of color in a matter of only 2 hours until the sun finally set. It's amazing how much a scene can change in a short period of time.

FEC train 141-12 with new rail for the FEC is passing over the bridge in Melbourne, FL on Jan 12, 2017. Just prior to the train arriving, a school of dolphins were swimming around the piers. The train seemed to scare them off.

We went to Chester Zoo with the kids today as the weather was so nice (and they've been bugging us to go for ages :p). Amongst the myriad of animal shots, I happened upon these birds, scattered off their perches by something below, just love the silhouette's they made in the sky.

sparpagliare foto per terra.

sparpagliare ricordi e pensieri.

e continui a disperdere i ricordi per casa.

a sparpagliarli qua e là.

Last year we had a couple of foxgloves in the garden...this year they're all over the place! but then I am inclined to scatter seeds from all kinds of plants here, there and everywhere!...they're looking rather gorgeous....this particular plant has about a dozen stems and reaches about 5 foot in height!

I had chicken duties at Wright-Locke Farm around sunset today. I scatter chicken scratch (a mix of grain, corn, and seeds), to draw them back into the enclosure and then shut the door. This protects them from coyotes and foxes. I also refill their water dispenser and gather their eggs. The eggs are sold at the farm store on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

I've about a month of these self portraits that I can't be bothered to sort out and upload. But I stepped on my mirror this morning brushing my teeth.
