We visited the nearby town of Aups on Saturday morning to buy fruit n veg at the market and then we dropped Bob off at the groomer at 11.30. To while away the time until she was finished we went for lunch at our favourite restaurant near to where I took this photo

where I was walking ...path by the marsh and the River ...a short,heavy rain-shower was minutes away !
I arrived early in the day, just before 9:00am, because this place gets crazy packed with hikers. I found a spot in the parking lot easily, but when I returned to my car at 11am, there was a line of cars waiting to get in.
Tinker and Gus are the best of friends. Today they spent some time together watching birds out the living room window. My wife and I adopted both of the cats from a local pet rescue organization. #Together #flickrfriday #Ensemble #Junto 主題: #一起 #Zusammen #Juntos

I'm gonna photoshop out those non human shapes and frame this.
When this race started I thought there is no way this is the right amount of people. Turns out they sent them in at least two or more stages starting with the individuals.
They sent the teams after this and I also saw some special needs people kicking ass on the obstacles as well. Watching everyone run this course and get over these physical AND mental challenges was very inspiring.
The fact that Mannie wanted this so bad and finished in an impressive amount of time was even more impressively overwhelming. I'm so proud of him and everyone for not only TRYING to do this, but actually doing it.
