I am glad that I jumped on this short vacation package deal last week. My four days on the ground here has been delightful and I will definitely come back at a drier time of year, as I would love to go hiking in the hills.
Tues. 12.31.19 - My sister, Allison, went to the Cal vs. Illinois Red Box Bowl game in Santa Clara yesterday. Late this afternoon, I picked her up at LAX.

Tues. 10.02.18 - The first big fall storm has come off the Pacific to the Sierras with a steady rain all day and a break in the clouds a half hour before sunset. The contrast between the bright tidbit of sky and the dark of the lower clouds was lovely.
