Memory of some waves caught at la belle créole. This spot is generally very calm, but when the North swell comes around you can watch some nice waves.

For history, La belle créole location used to be an hotel but it was destroyed twice by mother Nature. There's also a legend saying that because the hotel was build on an ancient indians Arawaks graveyard, the hotel was cursed and bound to be always destroyed.

Now the site is deserted, where Nature took over everything and locals spend times on the beach. It's like Le gallion, so very secure for children.

St. Martin's Island, Bangladesh.

It seemed like a parallel universe.

It contained the same sky, same oceans and the same gentle breeze.

Only the humans seemed different.

The Basilica of St. Martin is very impressive (construction started in 1421). The golden Gothic main altar and the beautiful glass windows are particularly splendid. With a height of 92 m, it is the second highest church building in the Upper Palatinate after the Regensburg Cathedral.
