2857 near Eardington summit.the withdrawal of 30541 and replacement with 2857 created this authentic scene .
Santa found me a 1958 vintage Fordson tractor to phot which the owner kindly moved into position for me. 43106 near Trimpley 12-12.

11:10 Bridgenorth to Kidderminster. Locomotive 37901, known as "Mirrlees Pioneer," is a unique, experimental British Rail Class 37/9 diesel locomotive built in 1963 as D6850 (later 37150) and converted in 1986. It is the sole surviving Class 37 equipped with a Mirrlees Blackstone MB275T engine, distinguishing it from standard Class 37s, and it remains operational for mainline and heritage service under Europhoenix ownership. seen here decending Erdington Bank during the SVR celebrating 65 years of class 37s summer diesel gala.
