Sundown near closing on another mighty cold day near zero Fahrenheit. Thanks for looking and have a warm day!
A very slight ripple on the water allows for a reasonable reflection of the setting sunlight at Bubbenhall Meadows Nature Reserve Warwickshire @ 16;34hrs on the 12.01.2022
I think center stage goes to the tree silhouetted against the sun. The barn and silo are leading characters….

I made this image while wade fishing in the Fox River between Neenah and Menasha, Wisconsin. Some people were walking, some were biking, and some were fishing. Those fishing were very excited about their catches.
I captured a walleye, three bass, and a half-dozen decent images.

Funny thing about my girls.
They badger me to let them out before dawn, when it's still dark, and the birdies are starting to twitter.
Then they just sit there in the dark and watch the sun come up from the lower end of the little valley behind us.
Up at our friends' farm, they do the same at sunset.
Just sit and watch.
Haven't seen this with my other dog blessings..
No ed's.
The main highway from Launceston to Hobart used to run through Ross and over this old bridge. That is inconceivable today - given the amount of traffic - and so the decision to build a bypass road (in the 1970s) was a very forward looking one. It now means that the only people coming into the little town are locals or tourists (and there aren't many of them at the moment).
Here I manage to catch a car arriving at sundown. The Ross Bridge is to the right of the shot.
