I loved the juxtaposed lines of exterior, interior and purported interior........
Large boulders in the ice provide access to a wooden footbridge to span the ice to the next bit of solid ground on the far shores of Loch Muick.
Not all is as it seems. The lady of course is part of a poster, but a very convincing one I must say. The compression of the image is due to the long lens I shot this with (from across the street). It took awhile to get someone framed exactly by her leg in that position. The biggest problem were all the taxi cabs which were queuing here (in front of Harrads in Knightsbridge) as they kept getting into the shot.
As the tide sneaks in during night fall, many people become separated from the shoreline when the stepping stones quickly disappear under the waterline
The stones lead to a small island off the coast of West Vancouver.

The Côte d'Opale is a French coastal region bordering Belgium, situated opposite the cliffs of the south-east of England, facing the English Channel and the North Sea. It contains varied landscapes like beaches, dunes, swamps, estuaries or cliffs.
Many artists have been inspired by its landscapes. It was the painter Édouard Lévêque who coined the name for this area in 1911 to describe the distinctive quality of its light.
This photo was taken during the low tide. The low tide reveals huge rocks and stones and creates a totally different setting opposed to the high tide.
