A Distress Stain watercolor background with a few SImon Says Stamp stamps and dies.

I used the simon says stamp card kit for the month of Feb. to make this card and I am entering it their technique challenge. My favorite technique is to make backgrounds or more like my own pattern paper with stamps and then watercolor them. This time I used Zig clean color makers to watercolor my tea and cups.

I went with a sentiment-less card this time. Used the morning blossom die and the spun glass embossing folder, both from #simonsaysstamp

Found time to make another card for the SSS Flickr Challenge "Spring has Sprung" this time using the Cosmos Flower Background, Distress inks and my Zigs. More details on my blog

I used:

SSS Mod Trees stencil and Heidi Swapp metallic texture paste for the background

SSS Village die set

SSS Word Mix 1 die and stamp set and Brutus Monroe alabaster white embossing powder for the sentiment

I used the SSS Balloons Die and a sentiment from Happy Birthday stamp set The paper is from an old DCVW paper pad. I also used the skecthy Banners die.

Used My Favorite Things Sky-high Friends, Simon Says Stamp Painted Hugs and Tiny Words and Faber Castell Polychromos pencils to color.

Received my first Simon Says Stamp kit today and couldn't wait to use the great patterned paper included. Decorated with gold glitter embellishments from Freckled Fawn.

A card for the first Simon Says Stamp Flickr Challenge.

I used 5 of the 6 challenge colours and 5 SSS products.

I inked up the solid butterfly with Distress Inks and added 2 layers of the overlay die cut in vellum. I coloured the Birthday die cut with Squeezed Lemonade and the Leafy Sprig die cuts in a couple shades of green Distress Ink and sprayed everything that was inky with Perfect Pearls for a little shimmer.

Card for Fallin' For Fall SSSflickrchallenge#30. It was inspired by the gorgeous autumn colors the nature share with us during this season. Used PS Large Leaves dies, PS Tag 2 dies, PS We Adore You and Botanicals 2 stamp sets; #SSSFAVE Fall Wreath and Stitched Rectangles dies, #SSSFAVE Dark Chocolate Ink.
