Alcohol ink blended on heart die. SSSQuadrangle frames die. SSSCZDESIGN clean line everyday stamps and dies sentiment. SSSFlickrchallenge
The theme for SSSFlickrChallenge#95 is anything goes. I picked up this SSS set called Fingerprint Doodles recently. It cracks me up :). The SSS Monday Challenge is Let's Doodle, so it also seemed like a perfect fit. I'm a little freaked out by doodling. I'm not artistic. And I'm a little too much of a control freak. So this stamp set let's me cheat and use someone else's doodles! :) I used the current MFT Color Challenge as a jumping off point. I used SSS Doll Pick, HA Bubblegum Pink, HA Lemon Yellow and Distress Squeezed Lemonade.
Entering this card for the SSSFlickrchallenge#123 I used the SSS Elegant Roses dies to create dimension.
Had fun playing with black watercolor paper, gouache paint and metallic gold watercolor. The heavy texture of this paper made it tricky to heat emboss, so I stamped using white pigment ink, and after painting was done, I accentuated the lines with a white Prismacolor pencil. Stamp set by @simonsaysstamp, gouache paint by @artezaofficial, metallic gold watercolor by @kuretake_zig. I'm entering this one-layer card in Simon's Flickr and Wednesday challenges.

I absolutely love this card: the silver glitter paper combined with red accents is so striking! This gorgeous Birch Column Die is a dream to work with. The sentiment is stamped with the SSS Schoolhouse Red ink pad. It is from the SSS Presents & Ornaments stamp set.

Here I used the Dahlia Corner frame die from @simonsaysstamp on a background I made with alcohol inks on glitter cardstock 😊 The effect this cardstock from @tim_holtz gives in the light is amazing, swipe to see ❇✨
Made another card using the colour wheel for the ongoing SSSflickrchallenge#27
I masked and distressed the top of the card and made the front using a quilled flowers and vase. The sentiment is from the "happy" stamp set from Simon Says Stamp.
I used the Best Mom Ever stamp set (Simon Says Stamp) on SSS Cream card Stock, heat embossed with Ranger's Gold Embossing Powder, embellished with flat gold sequins.

I've been meaning to try Distress Oxide inks on kraft cardstock, and I love the results. They stamp solid and bright. I diluted the same colors with a bit of water and splattered a few drops on the corner squares. I don't think the photo captures it too well, but I love the marble-y effect the ink gets when heat embossed (on the sentiment). The stamp set is You+Me from the SSS August 2017 kit. I'm entering this card on the SSS Flickr challenge.

Some day I'm going to work on photography skills... but for now, I'm too busy actually crafting :)
Anyway, SSSFlickrChallenge just reached their 100th challenge!! What a milestone. I pulled out some new-to-me sets for a bright and cheerful summery card. It almost has a little bit of a 80's vibe to it? It must be the bright pink, yellow and turquoise?
The SSS Wednesday Challenge is Bright and Cheerful so I'm also linking up over there.
Simon Says Stamp Products: Grid Play, Grid Play Alphabet, Stitched Rectangles
(Triangles from Altenew SOHCAHTOA because I don't have the Grid Play shapes from SSS)
Birthday card for new friend, new friendship.

Simon Say Stamp - Cuddly Critters, Handwritten Floral Greetings stamps
I used the SSS Stitched Rectangle dies to create a card inspired by a technique Jennifer McGuire demonstrated. The black glitter paper is flat in the background, and then the frame and the rectangle cut out with the SSS dies are popped up. Even with the black glitter paper, it feels springy, so it's perfect for the SSSFlickrChallenge#15.
This is one of those cards I'm not sure about. I'm starting to like it more and more. I created the background by using several of SSS Stencils with Distress Oxide inks. Then I stamped the heart from the I see you stamp set and the sentiment from Hello Beautiful. All images are from Simon Says stamps. Submitted to the SSS Flickrchallenge#74, Stunning Stencils.
Can't stop making cards with the beautiful Mint Wishes card kit!! This one uses the second word die set that comes in the kit and several papers. I trimmed out some of the florals from the scrap of paper that was left after I die cut it to embellish the sentiment strip a little more. My order from Ellen Hutson came today and one of the things I order was a Pretty Pink Posh sequin mix called Evergreen Sparkle. I used some of that on the card as well.
This card was colored by alcohol ink on the background with the beautiful butterfly stamp (sss 101976) and the word die of prayers from Simon says stamp.
Les beaux arbres!!
The beautiful trees!!
I like how they turned out, but constantly thinking that may be I could do more! Anyhow I'd like to submit to the SSS flickr challenge #16 - Watercolouring and SSS Monday Challenge - A is for... (for "Arbres" French word for trees).
For more info please see my blog .

Made this for the #SSSflickrchallenge#26 - play with pastels.
I used quilled flowers in pastel shades on this landscape fold card. Love how all those colours stand out against the white of the card base.. For the sentiment, I used the "THANKS" die from Simon says stamp and the "YOU" stamp set. It's amazing how you can mix and match the numerous sentiments from the stamp set and co-ordinate with the die!
This was a Winnie & Walter and Simon Says Stamp collaboration project. The SSSFlickrChallenge is all about love, and what says love like a good hug? W&W is having a month-long Birthday bash, and one of their challenges was to use inlaid diecutting technique. I used their hugs die, but then needed something to complete the sentiment. I pulled out the fabulous "Sending and Wishing" stamp set by SSS to finish it off. I also used an assortment the best grays in the world - SSS Slate, Fog and Smoke cardstock.
SSS Products used: Sending and Wishing; Slate, Fog and Smoke cardstock; Slate ink
I used the negative die-cut from Simon Says for my card.

I used the Simon Says Stamp Mod Flower background stamp and the painted hello die.
It’s the 100th Flickr challenge and I had to play along.
I made this card using some old sets from SSS. No line colouring using the outline flower from the “handwritten floral greetings” set and added a sentiment from the “thankful heart” set. There’s just something therapeutic about colouring and esp. no line colouring.
This was my second take on this card. I wanted to keep the white space on the inside of the flowers. So rather than inking the entire panel with the Tumbled Glass, I used a Fantastix to get in the small spaces around the flowers. Still used the colors for SSSFlickrChallenge#17. Kept the background a little more simple, just adding the enamel dots for interest.

Made for the SSSFlickrChallenge#100 and #SSSWednesdayChallenge using SSS Emma Background stamp and blogged: sewpaperpaint.blogspot.com/2018/07/sss-emma-background-st...
Made a "thank you" tag by using SSS "Thanks" diecut. I am putting this into SSS Flickr Challenge#22.
When I saw that the new SSS flickr challenge was to capture the colors of fall I knew I wanted to use a trio of leaf dies that I got from SSS late last year and had never used. I die cut the leaves and then inked them up with a mustard colored ink, a rust colored ink and then a deep burgundy ink. The background was created by using a small rectangular stamp from the Gifts of Love stamp set. I colored the stamp with a grey Tombow marker and stamped all the "bricks". I added more grey directly to the "bricks" and then blended out with water. An olive green Tombow marker was used to add more color to the "bricks" and then blended out. Once dry I arranged how I wanted the leaves and the sentiment to be and then stamped the sentiment using my MISTI. Finished by adding the little twine bow.
