This tag is based on the Tim Holtz' 12 Tags of 2014 November tag (timholtz.com/). I followed most of the steps. It is hard to see, but I did dry embossed with ink using a swirl folder. I also used the falling star stencil to add the gold foil, but it was hard to get clear image with the versamark, but I still think it's pretty in a distressed kind of way.

I also entered this tag in the stencils Flickr challenge (SSSflickrchallenge#7) from Simon Says Stamp (www.simonsaysstampblog.com/). I used a stencil to create the gold stars on the tree, and I used Simon Says exclusive Bundle of Stitched Shapes for the star on top.

This time I changed up the colours ... and added the outline swirly lines from 2 other sets.

I rarely make belated birthday cards (all of the dates are

on my calendar); however, our DD neglected to tell me when her boyfriend's birthday was. (They've only been dating a little over 6 months.) So...this is what I came up with, hoping he'd like it. The camera was stamped and white embossed on watercolor paper. I "smooshed" two different blue Distress Inks and stamped the sentiment. TFL!

Hi everyone. Today I’m sharing a card for the 100th Flickr challenge.

I wanted to use mostly Simonsaysstamp products. I stamped the SSS kaleidoscope background stamp on SSS black card stock with Versamark ink and embossed with clear embossing powder. On the heart I used white embossing powder and colored in an ombré effect with distress ink. The sentiments are from SSS stained glass love collection. I used Copic markers to color the words. The heart is layer with two more layers for a slight pop off the base of the card. #SSSFlickrchallenge#100

I actually colored these images during @kathyrac recent coloring challenge, but I kinda forgot about them... And I've been struggling to find out how I should have them on a card and yeah... But inspiration hit and here we are! 😄

Used the Snowflake Stars cover die plate B from @altenewllc, cut it down and placed cuts from craft cardstock here and there.

The images and sentiment are from the Celebrate You stamp set from @simonsaysstamp ☺️

I have done Copic coloring for the image and have used sentiment from SSS Big Birthday Wishes stamp set. Yes,tell me I am Super Crazy for Coloring...and this one was too much fun.

I have made this card for SSS Flickr Challenge # 153

Made this for the current SSS flickr challenge to do ink blending. I used a waves stencil from Hero Arts to create the waves using salty ocean and faded jeans distress oxide inks and the sky using broken china distress ink. I didn't blend smoothly on the sky so it looks kinda stormy. The bouy was made using the Bouys stencil from the Rest and Refresh release and spiced marmalade and blue print sketch distress inks. The sentiment is from the Words of Hope die set from the Celebrate You release.

Used the floating leaves slimline stencil along with a couple of dies from #spellbinders and #altenew

One of my favorite stamp sets! I wanted the text to have that worn out typewriter ribbon look, where it skips in places. I love using distress inks for watercolor backgrounds...so fun to get different results every time.

SSSFlickrChallenge#51 matches along with Day 3 of MFTs Summer Camp - Embossed Resist. I used the fun trees from SSS One with Nature set and embossed in white. I used a mix of fall-ish Distress inks to ink the background (Barn Door, Carved Pumpkin, Spice Marmalade and Fossilized Amber). I used the stitched rectangle from MFTs Blueprints 13 to cut out the background. Topped it with a simple sentiment from LJD Fall Foliage.

Once again, @jennifermcguireink to the rescue with her "effortless watercolor" technique. I decided to try it on the flowers from @simonsaysstamp September card kit, and I like how they came out! I do need to add more Perfect Pearls for more shine next time. The background die is an older favorite from Simon, Folk Dance, and it all goes on a navy card base. I'm entering this card in Simon's Flickr challenge.

The card that didn't want to be. I blended a few inks through the open butterfly in the stencil, then stamped and heat embossed a similar line shape from the stamp set. The antennae didn't align. Oops. Thank goodness for the Tombow Mono eraser, because that wasn't the only stamping boo boo in this one. I'm entering this card in Simon's Flickr challenge. Stamps are from Simon's April 2018 card kit.
