I made this using a couple of techniques from the Online Card Classes Clean and Simple Cards 4 (inked background and inking tricks). The stencil is from Memory Box and the stamps and dies are from SSS (Sketch Heart die and Locking Hearts stamp set). The ink is SSS Smoke and Faded Navy, Memento Tuxedo Black and VersaMark watermark ink. Since it has a heart on it I'm posting it to the SSS flickr challenge #11.
Here is the last of Kassidy's individual teacher cards. My granddaughter, Kassidy, is in middle school, so she has several teachers. We had a good time one Sunday afternoon as she created her cards, and I did my own card making project. We are crafting buddies.

This stamp by The Cat's Pajama's cracks me up every time.
I paper pieced TCP's Sprinkles sweater and stamped her again on the white panel. The stamped sentiment "It's Purrfect" is also by The Cat's Pajamas. I used Taylored Expressions "Thanks" diecut and Dotted Lattice embossing folder for the background. Then I went crazy using the stitched rectangle, small circle, and small & large banner diecuts from Simon Say Stamp's Bundle Of Stitched Shapes. This card is based on a sketch from TE's Share The Joy.
This card is entered in:

When I first started to craft, it was with paper quilling. It was fun to go back to this technique. I used the blossom fields 3D embossing folder on the card and used a tiny but of white pigment ink to make the embossed areas stand out.
Ok, now this is a technique I can get behind - Foiling without a laminator! I have a mini Minc, but it's been 85 deg the past few days. I live in Michigan, so that's pretty crazy hot for us. So who wants to turn on a heat-radiating tool!? I stamped the background with a SSS background stamp, and then used Scor-Tape in a couple different sizes to add strips of adhesive. Then you just gently rub the foil over the adhesive. You don't get quite as clean of a foiling as you do with the laminator... but it's still fun. For the "thanks," I covered some white card stock with Stick it and then die cut it. Same thing - rub the foil over top and voila!
SSS FLickr Challenge #71 is all about your favorite technique. I'm seriously hard pressed to pick just one technique. But like I said, with summer coming on, this is a top contender!
SSS Products Used: Wide Stripes Stamp, Painted Thanks Die
Love is in the Air. SSSFlickrChallenge#38 and SSS Wednesday Challenge are all about love. I decided to pull out the Jumbo Stripe set to make a valentine-y plaid. I may have overkilled it with the pinks Raspberry jam, doll pink, bubble gum pink and twirling tutu. I trimmed the panel down with the stitched rectangle died, and topped it with a non-pink sentiment. And to neutralize the pink a little more, I added a few wood veneer hearts by Studio Calico.
SSS Products: Jumbo Stripe, Favorite Flowers, Stitched Rectangles, Stitched Circles, Doll Pink and Twirling Tutu.
Hello card using arched leaves and flower blooms and etched meadow flower and leaves dies from #simonsaysstamp
Made this card for a couple who celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. Stencil is Newton's Nook designs. Flowers are Simon Says Stamp stamps. Green leaves are Impression Obsession. Red leaves are Hero Arts. Added them for a hint of Autumn. Number dies are Xcut. I join in in the Simon Says Stamp Flickr Challenge #109 : Let your stencils shine!
The SSSFlickrChallenge#65 and SSS Wednesday Challenge are both "Anything Goes" right now. So I opened up a couple of new products I just got from SSS and came up with this card. The background stamp is a snippet from 1 Corinthians 13 that I read for a friend's wedding, so I figured this would be a perfect anniversary card for them! I cut out the hearts in a few shades of pink to inlay into the white frame. Popped a few up on foam tape for some dimension. Finished it with a W&W sentiment.
SSS Products Used: Love Is Background Stamp, Clipping Heart Wafer Die, Smoke and Slate cardstock
My second entry to the Simon Says Stamp Flickr Challenge 37. Quick and easy card with a die from Simon Says Stamp and sentiment from MFT Stamps.

Made this frame to gift to friend whose birthday falls next week. I used the mini hearts die from SSS along with the “You are beautiful” die from Concord and 9th. All over a rainbow water coloured background and you’re done. This did come together fairly quickly
Used the big flower stamp from @simonsaysstamp Look for the Rainbow stamp set, colored with @copic_official. Then I used an oval die as a guide for the sides for the window. Then I cut out the window itself with scissors.
Added double foam for the crystals to move better and added a small sentiment on the side 😊
I made this for the current SSS flickr challenge: hearts. I used one of the techniques from Clean & Simple Cards 4 (day 3).
