J & J Hay. SS 'Delta', built in 1881, photographed at Kirkintilloch repair slip. The view looks south-eastwards. Prominently featured in the centre of the picture is the shed which housed the steam winch.

SS Stord I passenger steamer moored at dock no. 46 in Bergen harbour, Norway
Has had a bit of an unfortunate life but still around. Once became a motorship with 2 Paxman engines. Gutted by fire etc etc.
Funnily enough, she now has a 1942 3-exp steam engine from Cammell Lairds Birkenhead. Said to have come from a '42 built British ship.

I finished the model of SS Kyle earlier this month and she is about to sail away to her new home! This was a fun project and was the first time I used a lot of CAD and 3D printing to create a model. I learned quite a few things from this project and look forward to doing more ships like this.
