Thare few things that are as beautiful and hopeful as spring light. The fresh and new flowers are sublime and gorgeous filling all the trees, especially these pink flowers that literally take my breath away every time.
Perhaps a couple weeks until I´ll witness this again.

Spring is upon us. I was out for a walk around Lake of the Woods this afternoon and flowers are starting to bloom.

This of course is 2017. We woke up this AM again to over a foot of snow.

This is the card I created for Mildred for the spring/easter exchange. I have choosen for spring. Used soft colors of blue and purple. The color combo of the wysteria in my garden :-)

Hello my friends! How is everyone doing? It has been too long since I last posted a photo but for the first time in a while I was able to go shoot some of the Spring flowers. It was refreshing to hear the snap of the shutter again and capture some photos. Hopefully I can keep posting a little more regularly on here because I always enjoy hearing from you! I hope that you guys have a wonderful day and I look forward to viewing your awesome photos!

Tree leaves and flowers unfurling As winter turns to spring, the bare, frost-covered branches begin to develop new buds and shoots. In March, watch for: ash, beech, oak and rowan buds bursting. first leaves emerging from alder, field maple and silver birch.
Spring has arrived in my garden brightening the days in East Yorkshire. Taken with an iPhone SE back camera.
When my late father-in-law helped me plant this pear tree at the bottom of my garden he said "You plant pears for your heirs". It bore its first fruit the year my son, his first grandchild was born. With the arrival of the Spring blossom and each year's late Summer crop we are reminded of a wonderful man.
