Part of Spike's collection, photographed at his home on June 12, 2014. This collector in southeast Michigan has almost a score of cars in his collection. I was honored to have my flickr contact Granttt73 with me for this visit.

This interesting car was the creation of a General Motors engineer named John Card. Mr. Card built the car between 1976 and 1981, building his own frame and fiberglas body. Engine and transmission are from a 1974 Mercury Capri. Spike has owned the car for ten to twelve years now.

All of my classic car photos can be found here: Car Collections

Formation of a New Polish Special Operations Unit - AGAT

Modern AGAT is a special unit designed to perform tasks including the provision of assault combat support (kinetic) special operations conducted by Special Forces, as well as performing direct action at the back and the grouping of the enemy on the stated objectives. Moreover, it can conduct operations against the terrorist, anti-guerrilla and your critical infrastructure protection.

The units structure and purpose will be the equivalent of 75th Ranger Regiment (75th Rangers Regiment), and British Special Forces Support Group (SFSG). And is built around Assault Teams and Support Teams with JTACS and Forward Artillery Observers and other specialists

The Role of the Unit will be the equivalent of 75th Ranger Regiment (75th Rangers Regiment), and British Special Forces Support Group (SFSG).

Still relatively common, like the Renault 4, though no Dyane as yet. I've ended up being selective about photographing/uploading them.

Something from the home studio. Just to go on the record: On the Cleveland Botanical Garden site tonight I saw an item about Harold Feinstein. Never heard of the guy. Did a Web and Amazon search. How could I shoot flowers for almost three years and not know that name?

I am fairly confident that this is Native Cranberry (Lissanthe sapida) as I have seen this rare plant before in a gully and had it properly identified. This was my first time seeing it in this location. Actually, I should credit Joe for spotting it. It was sunset and the light was low and he spied the white flowers as I photographed the scenery. The photos aren’t great on account of the low light, and the flash washed them out, so this was the best I could manage. I need to go back on a sunny day! [Yellow Rock, NSW]
