Spc. At 11:00 am Jan. 23, 2016, our emergency response convoy responded to a semi-trailer truck jacked knifed on an exit ramp on Highway 97 with Maryland State Troopers. We proceeded to clear the the 2 feet of snow until the exit ramp was clear for emergency vehicles. Took about 45 mins to clear the trailer from the roadway. (Photos from Spc.
