While most of my garden has awakened a bit earlier this year, the Peonies are slower in showing their beauty. Definitely worth waiting for those big blooms.

Possibly zero access to Flickr (hopefully not!) I will be away soon, off to Snowdonia with my lovely sister Margaret. I won't be on much at all from Sunday 14th July for a few days. I hope to have time to show you a few photos from there in future, if I manage any good ones !

This was taken in Plantsbrook Nature Reserve - not Wales - at the very end of May. Amazing to think how lovely the weather was then, how much rain we've had since - and now it's 'changeable'. That's the UK for you - 'changeable' in most ways !

I was given and Amaryllis three years ago, but the last two years it never bloomed, just leaves...

I spotted bulbs in a box store and had to purchase one... took the old bulb out of the pot, cut it all down and replaced with this... and in a matter of weeks, this new one is ready to pop!

I'm hoping the other bulb will come alive next year.

they will begin to open in the garden...

I'm wearing the top from the Brian set by Gaset, now at the Alpha event by ACCESS.

I'm busy building my new place.. Autumn has been covered over in snow and ice for Winter. There's no telling what will happen on the ground below. :D

The Snow will open on 10 December :)
