The watermill Lippholthausen (Schloßmühle Lippholthausen) in the Lippholthausen district of Lünen is a grain mill built in 1760 near the river Lippe. The watermill of the former Buddenburg noble house is a late Baroque half-timbered building, not far from the former Buddenburg Castle.
From the 14th century until 1902, the Buddenburg house was owned by the Frydag family of Buddenburg. The Frydags belong to the very old Westphalian nobles. The family is mentioned for the first time in 1198.
Around 1535, the noble family built a watermill south of Brunnenstraße and opposite Schlossallee. At the former river Henebecke a large millpond was excavated.
Afterwards, the runs of the creek Henebecke, Sadbecke, Wilbecke and Seltenbecke were diverted so that they flowed directly into the new millpond and fed it with water.
After the mill had been completed and put into operation, the farmers in the area of the thirlage "Buddenburg Mahlzwang" had to come to the castle mill to have their grain ground.
Nothing remains of the mill built at the beginning of the 16th century. However, the current mill building already has a considerable number of years on the hump: It was built in 1760 by Wessel Giesbert von Frydag.
In 1903, Haus Buddenburg and the mill were inherited by the Rüxleben family. The latter finally sold the property to the city of Lünen in 1913. Until 1930 grain was ground in the castle mill.
The old mill pond above the castle mill is no longer present, it was filled in 1938 during the construction of the Lippewerk. A loss for trippers, they could sail around on the pond with paddle boats.
Until the end of the 1970s, the House of Buddenburg, which also included the castle mill, stood in the district of Lippholthausen, now part of Lünen.
The Mühlenfreunde Lippholthausen e. V. restored and maintains the mill, which currently serves as an excursion restaurant and can also be used for weddings. It was placed under monument protection in 1985.

When I saw the row of signs, all in a row, indicating that these were for sale, I just knew that I had to get a shot of them. Before I knew it though, the ‘For Sale’ signs had been replaced by ‘Sold’ ones!
This row of six small cottages had been empty and abandoned for years until they were bought by a property developer, renovated and modernised and put on the market. I believe that they have been bought by a Housing Project that specialises in providing homes for senior citizens of limited means.

SM42-2098 of ZIK hauls two VT628-class DMUs from their previous owner - Koleje Mazowieckie, a regional passenger operator in Mazowieckie Voivodship, to ASO Mieczkowski, the company specialising in overhauling railway passenger motor units. Both DMUs, 018/008 and 013/003 were sold in March 2020 as a result of public tender (and ASO Mieczkowski was the only bidder) and after couple of months they are finally transferred to a place in Kujawsko-Pomorskie voivodship. The train, starting the route probably in Tłuszcz, is now passing Warszawa Główna Towarowa freight yard. June 11, 2020.

Oba pojazdy, o numerach 018/008 i 013/003, zostały sprzedane w marcu 2020 roku w drodze przetargu publicznego (w którym jedynym oferentem był właśnie ASO Mieczkowski) i po kilku miesiącach ostatecznie doczekały się transferu do jakiegoś miejsca w województwie kujawsko-pomorskim. Pociąg, rozpoczynający trasę prawdopodobnie w Tłuszczu, przejeżdża właśnie przez stację Warszawa Główna Towarowa. 11 czerwca 2020 r.

I have, apparently, sold a framed copy of this picture for a lot of money through the local Artisan craft shop. I have no idea who the buyer is, but clearly it is someone with good sense, and a passion for 'art'. It restores my faith a little, after admins at "Special Landscapes" rejected it and it didn't get anywhere in LPOTY 2023 (Landscape Photograph of the year). Personally I feel the average 'landscape' shot you see on flickr is boring and uninspiring. no artistic merit, and no interest. There are lots of 'pretty' pictures but few deserve more than a fleeting glance. There's not much to inspire or hold your interest. People need to try harder to be creative, rather than join the club of bagging a particular honeypot shot. Just my opinion!
I found this 1977-78 Chrysler LeBaron coupe at T&B Motors on Raymond and Bluff Rd in Indianapolis. Of course this rare example is already sold. Hopefully someone will restore it to it's former glory. It was rainy, cold and windy so most of my shots were bad quality but I managed to salvage a couple.

Not too far away from where I took those abandoned factory photos old residential property is selling. Although the heat has come out of the market to some degree, house prices in Tasmania are still rising (along with interest rates). People are literally betting their futures on the global market trends.
This house would have been in its prime during the 1930s (in fact this photo at first glance might easily have been taken then). One hopes that we don't experience more of the Great Depression that caused real hardship for millions of people at the time.

( I do not have Blythes but my friend who bought a pair of headphones I made from me tried them on her Blythes and they fit!)
The headphones are handmade by me, and it took SO long to make them so I really hope you will like them :)
I wanted them to look cute but at the same time realistic so I made a miniature mp3 player at the end of the cable with clay where I painted music notes on both sides and I glossed it with high quality gloss.
The colors are red/white with silver heart and glitter dot appliques on it, the mp3 player is red.
The headphones can be bend so they fit Pullip, Dal, Taeyang and even Blythe!
Please note since they are handmade they aren't 100% perfect, though I did the best I could to make them perfect.
Also all dolls in the pictures are NOT included, this auction is for 1 pair headphones only!
