Dholera Smart City: Phase-I is a residential township having residential plots, villas and bungalows and will be launched in Greater Dholera, outskirts of Dholera SIR. The township is located at the poshest Fedra-Pipli road close to the Proposed International Airport of Dholera. The residential township is only 5 minutes away from International airport. And it is 8 minutes away from the Dholera SIR border. It is 2 minutes away from the Bhavnagar-Vattaman Highway. 3 minutes away from the proposed 6lane highway between Ahmadabad and Bhavnagar for which land has been acquired from farmers and payment have been made to them too.
