Its human nature as children to sometimes be excited, curious and entertained by the simplest of things...like dancing water fountains...
I spyed these two while eating at a cafe just above this fountain. These two little cuties were entranced, giggling like crazy and trying to predict if they would be splashed or not. They were there for at least a half an hour maybe longer having loads of splashey fun

A couple of young antifa skins met on the bus. They were friendly and proudly showing their antifa allegiance with some badges pinned on the jacket like in the good old days.

I might have mentioned somewhere that one aim of this project is to help me appreciate the little pleasures in my life. So maybe I should show some appreciation to little machine who does our dishes daily without complaining. Without it my relationship status might have changed to "it's complicated" by now...

Knowing my children are safe and have health insurance
Hearing my wife say her mamogram was negative
A hammock in the sun with a view
The much anticipated first sip of a cold beer on a hot summer day
My parents....who did their best.....and are much missed
Our soldiers overseas fighting for our freedom
My teeth....they're still there
That woman I pass on the street who flahes me a curious smile
Friends and family.....complete with all their ups and downs
The roof on my old house, that doesn't leak.....yet
Being able to hold hands and walk with the one I love
That giddy happy feeling after an intense bicycle ride
Still being able to play with and tease my old Beagle Lucy
The fresh and slightly fishy smell of Lake Erie
The fact that I have a memory and can reflect on family and friends that have passed
Those days the sun is shining, the lake is flat, and I have cash for a tank of boat gas
Being able to hear.... and listen to funny stories, tales, and jokes
The invention of spellchecker......sometimes I even use it.....
Freedom to express my feelings, ideas, and emotions openly
Possessing the mindset of realizing I should be very thankful

The sun set down and it started to get dark but the local kids couldn't get enough of water. They've been playing with the basin for about an hour already using it as a boat, surf board, fish tank and for a split second as a hiding place. Playa Lagun, Curacao.
