Great egret
"All Shook Up" is a song recorded by Elvis Presley in 1957. My oldest brother wasn't an Elvis fan and pointed out, "grammatically, it should be shaken up." I kept dancing and asked, "what do grammatically mean?"
Some days are like this! A Bald Eagle with an attitude!! As the weather gets colder up North the migrating eagles have been spending some time with us. Always exciting when they arrive.

A Little Owl rousing........
Birds rouse by raising their feathers away from the body, shaking them out, and rearranging them. Often this behavior is performed during grooming, after a bath, or just when the bird feels content and relaxed. Rousing clears the plumage of any debris or excess water, much like a dog that shakes its fur out.

😱OMG, you won’t believe what just happened! What was supposed to be the ultimate luxury getaway turned into a living nightmare on Party Island. I’m seriously shook!!! This experience was beyond terrifying, and I’m just lucky to be alive right now.
The party started out as a dream, but it quickly spiraled into something out of a horror movie. I can’t even begin to describe how intense and horrifying it was... but trust me, you’ll want to hear every chilling detail. I’m counting the minutes until I can get home and spill the tea on everything that went down.

Steam To Schuylkill Haven. On its first passenger runs over the former Reading Railroad Pottsville Branch since being restored, Reading & Northern T-1 2102 (4-8-4) made 3 round trips from Schuylkill Haven, Pennsylvania on Saturday, September 24, 2022. The 34th Schuylkill Haven Borough Day a very well attended event that included food, live music, and all of the other street fair activities one might expect, but the crowds came trackside and the earth shook when the mighty T-1 came into town. The 9 car train of former Delaware, Lackawanna and Western Railway MUs is seen approaching West Union Street, just a block from the Schuylkill Haven station.

Muse was sleeping under the folded-back part of the bedspread. I was working at the table by the window, and noticed him sit up, but not move any further. This is what I saw when I got up to see what he was doing. He was still asleep and stayed this way until I had time to get the camera and take 5 shots. When he woke up he shook spread off immediately.
