"Sea Shelves" at Kimmeridge Bay.

This is one of natures wonders on the Jurassic Coast of Dorset.

The rock structure looks out of this world.

A display seen today.

I am addicted to buying mugs - cant resist the patterns etc.

i found the cards at a store in vancouver called the Regional Assembly of Text. it's a bird counting set illustrated by melissa sweet.

i like taking pictures in libraries, but the shutter's so loud.

Along the back, left area of the back room are shelves and bins, loaded with very good material of many varieties and of which I spent almost no time going through.....maybe next time!

These are the shelves above our sink. They hold all our mixing bowls (only vintage Pyrex!) and our vintage container tins -- plus whatever kitchy cute kitchen things I can find at the thrift store.

Last week I got a little peek at the new Paloma's Nest boutique that's opening here in Austin tomorrow.

I wrote and photographed a little piece about it-you can read it over here

we just updated our upstairs shelves after having to take many of them out to move in a new chair.

Today I decided to reorganize my Barbie shelves. I moved some dolls from the back to the front and it gives me an opportunity to enjoy dolls I have not had time for. I have them organized by Mod, Vintage and late Mod, early seventies.

The large kitchen shelves, fashioned from sturdy oak, bear the weight of years of use, evident in the worn, textured surface that tells a story of age and utility. Adorned with charming details, it holds an assortment of kitchen items, neatly arranged. From vintage bottles and jars to unique ceramic dishes, the cupboard exudes a cozy, rustic charm.

Today I decided to reorganize my Barbie shelves. This is my favorite shelf. I am really loving the mod girls lately. I need another bookcase like this one. They are protected behind the glass. I use this bookcase for the vintage Barbies only. All my other dolls just have to get dusty!

The home decorating programme continues slowly but surely...I've painted the walls pale blue and refreshed the shelves with grey.Still have a list the length of my arm for the kitchen though.

Finally got some Command strips for my "shelves" from Target.

Today I decided to reorganize the Barbie shelves a bit. It gives me an opportunity to enjoy dolls that I have not had time to play with. This is part of my vintage shelf.

We have tons of built-in shelves in the new house. Room for all of my treasures. That camera up there? Don't mind the minolta lens cap. It's a Leica and I desperately want to use it. But it need take up spools for the film. It was David's grandfather's camera and my mother-in-law gave it to me.

Space is becoming an issue every day as more and more dolls/toys come in. Risers can come in handy to create more space (or the illusion of) and more visual interest. Furniture could be used too, but the risers are more versatile and block less visually.

Risers come in various sizes. Here's one kind I used - www.amazon.com/gp/product/B083XDZLDB

Still have a long way to go (especially in the Nu.Face shelves) so more dolls are in a direct line of sight, but so far am happy.

I added these shelves to my kitchen yesterday, Finally my kitchen knick knacks got their stage to show.

This was a permission visit after sunrise.

A revisit to a local scrapyard that had loads of barn finds and salvage vehicles. Due to the council and environmental changes, a lot of the stuff had to be removed but there were some bits n pieces left in the buildings.

The most amazing set of shelves built by my Uncle! I love them and they basically house all little toys, books, art stuff, puzzles and games but they do replace the painted tree mural

I am re-arranging the bookcase shelves in the home office. Still working on it but I just like looking at all this fun stuff! Keeps me awake during the day when I am working!

Today I decided to reorganize my Barbie shelves. When I move them around, it gives me an opportunity to look at and enjoy dolls I have not had time for lately.

I figure that since I'm a novice photographer, it's kind of my job to post at least one over processed HDR shot... Right?

I finally got this done - had a local guy build some proper shelves to house all my models. They're loads deeper than the old ones and have sliding glass doors to keep the dust off.

These are my new shelves for my Ever After High dolls. I'm missing some of the newest releases, but I'll catch up eventually :)
