Informal shared space where the sidewalk ends, at the west end of K Street where it turns into the Capital Crescent Trail. The current NPS proposal to add boathouses in the vicinity would convert the left side to a cycletrack, connecting to the path through the Georgetown Waterfront Park. However, there would be driveways across the cycletrack to access "aprons" (parking lots) for the boathouses.

And don't worry, we still have all the letterpress equipment, we're just keeping it at our old location for the time being (it's a little difficult to bring a 4,000 press up this flight of stairs over here).

A series of photographs taken in early mornings (with a Eugene Atget influence) primarily in Coventry's more newly developed areas, rather than the traditional historic.

More than the hobbyists’ pursuit, maker communities are disrupting manufacturing. Shared spaces offer a new amalgam of craft, industry and technology, where both tools and knowledge are pooled. July's Friday Late invited visitors to resist mass production and uncover how hacked machines and open source design are changing the way we make and live.

The storage cabinets are in shared spaces to keep "flow" of traffic and more opportunities to be interacting with others. Note that the design spaces use different furniture from their corporate side, which has standard private cube layouts showing that a firm can have two different sets of furniture for different functions.
This fancy new ranch house on 5 acres has views, privacy, great neighbors and close to everything without the danger of getting hit by a car when you take your family for a walk like some of the busier Ulster County towns. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with an open and shared space for living, dining and cooking. Off the kitchen is a screened porch, and the ground floor is well lit with large glass doors. Wide plank floors and wood burning fireplaces are a must for this fun design in the shadow of High Point and the Ashokan Reservoir. Construction just commencing.
The Homes of Catskill Farms are engineered to be as energy efficient as a home can be. Enhanced insulation paves the way for superior performance from our high efficiency furnaces and on-demand hot water heaters. Many of our homes now have heat pumps for their heating source, eliminating the need for gas or oil as a fuel source.
The small towns of Ulster County offer beauty, amenities and charm in abundance. They offer film festivals and live music. The hamlets and towns that anchor the surrounding land we curate and select for our homes make Ulster County real estate some of the best around for fun, food and festivities (or, if you are like us, backyard siestas and hammocks rank right up there).

Catskills realtors love Catskill Farms homes for sale in the Catskills since their buyers tend to be inspired by them after the long slog at looking at homes that don’t meet the buyers’ criteria. When people from the city think of upstate homes, many of them think real estate near Woodstock. With one of the most famous town brands around, searching for homes for sale in Woodstock NY is a perfectly logical place to start a Catskills real estate search. While many families find homes in Woodstock have a lot to offer, they soon find the Catskills are much bigger and much more diverse than that culturally important locale. Wasting weekends looking at uninspiring Catskills architecture can leave a buyer looking for the nearest bridge to jump from. Catskill Farms checks all the Catskill real estate boxes.

Each crew member has multiple personal multi-function timers, such as these attached by Velcro to the bulkhead in front of me.
