"I look like a long-haired hippie!"

The whole wall was filled with sarcasm... my favourite being "let's go for some overpriced Con food!"

In 2004, a man creates a comic book inspired by video games. In 2010 that man is playing a video game based on that comic book on the side of a building, with many of his many fans.

I actually think that the park in the book is a combination of various different little area parks.

I missed all of Edgar Wright's genius doublefeatures that he programmed here when he was filming in Toronto.

I was originally planning to see one when I was in town, but then trip had to be delayed. Totally would have seen The Wanderers/ The Warriors. Or possibly the musical one. No wait, totally the Canadian classics (LOVE Last Night!). Yeah, decisions are tough.

Okay, so once you're holding a giant hammer all day, you start to want to hit things with it!

P.S. I made the hammer and I think it turned out pretty good! This girl was adorable and at her friend's lolita table in Artist's Alley.

Nick and I in our Scott Pilgrim and Ramona Flowers costumes from Scott Pilgrim.

I made the purse and the hammer! (You can't really see the purse in this picture). Her outfit is based on the cover of book 5 of Scott Pilgrim. Nick made his sword (which is way awesome with flash, as you can see here).

While I don't think this exact one was used for reference, no Scott Pilgrim tour would be complete without passing by one of these babies.

This is where Scott sees Ramona IRL for the first time!
