"Last weekend I did go to Williamsburg. I found an awesome coffeeshop near William & Mary called Aroma's, where I drank pumpkin coffee, ate lunch, and read for several hours. I walked around a lot, too. Then I drove up to York River State Park. I found a trail and hiked for a little while, finding more clarity.
These weekend day trips are saving my life."

My daughter assisting me with taking pics of available dogs at the animal shelter. The Old English Sheepdog loves kids and is a great buddy. She needs someone to take her for runs, long walks or to play fetch.
Being located in Vermont, they go to great lengths to help anadromous fish get around the Winooski One dam. These fish don't have to climb more than one step on a fishladder. That single step lands them in this fish elevator, which carries them where they need to go.
