This is probably rather dull for most of you, but for the geologists among you can see some excelent cross bedding half way up the cliff face.

The colors on this block of sandstone are it's own. Photograph is taken with a background of layered sandstone and a seam of coal. The cliff was created when a spillway was cut for a reservoir. Location is at Cagles Mill dam and lake in Putnam and Owen Counties near Cloverdale and Cataract Indiana.
