"Play me I'm Yours" is a month-long, city-wide interactive art installation that invites Austinites to explore and enhance the city's soundscape. During the month of april, pianos will appear in public places throughout Austin's urban area with the simple invitation to "Play Me, I'm Yours." Passersby will be encouraged to play at least a few keys while listening to and observing the effects of their endeavors.
Update: they're all gone again now; I'm glad I took a few pictures.
I took this photo just right before it got to dark; as I arrived on top of the Doug Sahm hill in Butler Park. This stranger was playing a very nice tune on the piano. It was a warm evening. I stayed on the hill a while and chatted with him and his wife.
Best part of being a sahm: finishing my book after getting the kids off to school. #thanksDora

mollyauf: Inspired by you I took my book to the park yesterday. Read an whopping 2 pages. My kids are ALMOST old enough to be self sufficient. ;)
