his vintage, intricately crafted wild grapevine basket is a stunning decorative addition to any room of the house. Fill it with fruit, paperback books, newspapers, soap, pine cones, an ivy plant, scarves or whatever you have that needs containing.
My own preference for this basket, however, is a bunch of bright red apples; my second preference is a bouquet of dried green hydrangeas--both look stunning when displayed among its intertwining tendrils.
The basket measures 16 inches from its bottom to the top of the handle; it's base is 13 inches by 9 inches; and it's 10 inches by 9 inches from rim to rim.

Today, there are still places where wood is essential to cooking. this is the sign of a rustic kitchen (Santa Fe De Antioquia - Colombia)
A Woodland Kitchen Garden
www.rhs.org.uk/Shows-Events/Malvern-Spring-Gardening-Show...
An ornamental woodland setting of sweet chestnut and wild cherry underplanted with shade-loving perennials provides the backdrop for this rustic woodland kitchen garden. In the clearing a small canopy offers shelter, with boxes of herbs for cooking and a little vegetable garden. The wood-fired bread oven provides a focal point for sitting and eating.
All the features in this garden have been made from sustainable English woodland products and show how traditional crafts and materials can be used within a garden, helping to support our local woodlands.
All the fences were hand built and cared for by the family of Free Rein Guest Ranch. The rustic feel of them complimented the beauty of the nature around them.

These images were made during a journey down Rustic Road 32 in Marinette County on June 24, 2017.
R-32, Wisconsin’s longest rustic road, offers a 37-mile journey through several county parks and the Peshtigo River State Forest. The route features multiple species of hardwoods and conifers, along with numerous granite boulders and outcroppings. R-32 also offers vistas of the Thunder and Peshtigo rivers.
Wisconsin's Rustic Roads system was created to preserve many of the state's scenic, lightly traveled country roads. Features of Rustic Roads include rugged terrain, native vegetation and wildlife, or open areas with agricultural vistas.

I found this old house out in the bush in Southeast Queensland. The house no longer houses people, but is now a large chicken shed.
This rustic barstool is made of reclaimed wood. Get more information at www.timbercreekfurniture.com
