12/3 romex is used to run 2 circuits per cable back to the electrical panel. The first circuit uses the black wire as hot; the second circuit uses the red as hot. They share the white as neutral and the bare wire as ground.

Learn more about the history of the Ekiden on Wikipedia en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ekiden if you like, but this Ekiden will be comprised of four legs all starting and ending across from Tavern on the Green. Only 2 and 4 person teams are allowed and you must alternate runners at each leg. What are the categories? Open (anything goes), Female and Co-Ed (Two Men & Two Women) in both the four-person and two-person relay. (That’s a total of six winning teams!) Co-Ed teams must have at least two women and one of them has to run leg 2 or 3 ( the two longest legs).
Leg 1: Two lower loops of Central Park-3.4 miles
Leg 2: A five mile loop crossing the 102nd Street transverse
Leg 3: A full loop ofCentral Park – 6.1 miles
Leg 4: A sprint, one more lower loop of the park,1.7 miles.

D1705 runs arounds at Leciester North and backs on to the coaches to form 2B14 to Loughborough.
