“Time is like a river. You cannot touch the same water twice because the flow that has passed will never pass again. Enjoy every moment of life!
A dried leaf floats under water over pebbles and rocks in the small stream running through deep forest in Masinagudi. The light falling on the ripple forming on water surface, the shadows formed, the colors at the bottom of the stream and the leaf floating, form a beautiful pattern of different colors and shades.

I made a blog post about my adventure at Salmon River on my Steemit page! Check it out steemit.com/nature/@thenovascotian/yesterdays-adventure-a...
Taken at Salmon River, in Colchester County, Nova Scotia, Canada.
One of my new favorite spots nestled away in the South Mountain Game Lands - love when I find a new place in the mountains that is relatively unknown, and what's even better is when the road to get to places like this winds along the mountains and crosses multiple streams. Weekend getaways like this make you feel like you are living an epic journey on the big screen #wanderlust #explore #mountainadventures #carolinaphotographer #offroad #offbeatenpath #adventure #outdoors #canonphotographer #canon90d
Captured this high-res panorama while sitting at the base of the falls in South Mountains State Park. Check out my web site at www.mcmannisphotographic.com for large wall prints for your home or office.
Taken along the coast of Shiphaven, which is located within Fundy National Park, in New Brunswick, Canada.
You can enjoy the different flavours of your life only if you are transparent like water. - Shaifa . #ThroughHerLens
Cutting through the rocks, finding its path the water runs tirelessly down the mountains inspiring all never to stop moving. This shot has a beautiful stream in Janjehli flowing through big and small boulders and rocks, under the umbrella of the mesmerising blue sky, surrounded by marvellous mountains.

You do not have to be a fire for
Every mountain blocking you,
you could be a water
and
soft river your way to freedom
too.

Springtime in woodlands is a wonderful time ,things coming to life and starting to green up the air is full of bird song and as here the sound of a running stream .......happy times ahead.......Baggeridge Country Park, Southstaffordshire,Staffordshire England
Barbed wire fences and warning signs around the California Aqueduct. There is a small opening in the barbed wire to let people in for fishing and hiking.
The Japanese garden is one of my favourite parts of Butchart's Gardens. There are very few flowers there, but those that are there are lovely and delicate and always so perfectly placed amid the woodland setting. The sounds of running water and rustling leaves fill the air and bring a peaceful feeling.

With warming temperatures our landscape is changing almost daily. Receding snow reveals dull earthy tones and hues last seen in early December.
Our forecast is for mild and warming temps for the next 10 days with minor precipitation in rain or mixed snow showers. Too early to sing "Hallelujah" yet, but it is much more encouraging!

Walking in a Winter beech woods today ... along a steep creek surrounded by seeps. This creek is a great place for rare dragonflies in May. American Beech trees hold their golden brown leaves until early Spring so are easy to spot in Winter woods. Some of the beech trees at this location are HUGE. I liked the reflection of the stained glass windows on the surface of the water and have tried to capture this in my photograph.
The problem I had was that there were lots of people visiting (as you'd expect for such a large, important and popular Cathedral) so I have tired to edit them out but I think you can tell :/
It was also rather dark so they have been brightened quite a lot.
