Rune has the unique ability to travel to different worlds using magical stones. I plan on buying a few gemstones to use as props! :3
for utata ip 166 which requires:
1 - something you use in a routine activity or ritual
2 - another thing you use in that same routine activity / ritual
3 - dreamy effect.
I have cut routine out of my life, so have turned to a ritual, casting the runes - the symbol "daeg" is the first rune cast by Narigorm, one of the characters in the Company of Liars. So the two things are a rune and the bag of runes. Whether it's dreamy or not, I don't know.
A block of sandstone that looks like it was inscribed with mystical characters opposite West Cove Arch. All natural but strange.
Gamla stan, Stockholm. That´s quite old streetart (circa 1000 years). That runestone is put on the basement of the house in od town.
My second character from WH40K is the Terminator Librarian Beleg Draugluin from Fenris. Scrolls and seals around the armour shows his role of Rune Priest.
Master of the esoteric arts, the Rune Priest is warrior mystics who unleash the power of the Warp onto the 41st Millennium's battlefields.
With crackling bolts of lightning and storms of telekinetic force, he smite the enemies of the Imperium, serving Space Wolves as both peerless loremaster and masterful battle leader.
He is wearing a Psychic Hood to enhance his psychic strength and protect him from the psychic abilities of the foe.
Mount a storm bolter on the vambrace and held Thunder Hammer to slash away enemies.

Wikipedia: During the Viking Age, Birka (Birca in medieval sources), on the island of Björkö (literally: "Birch Island") outside of Stockholm in Sweden, was an important trading center which handled goods from Scandinavia as well as Central and Eastern Europe and the Orient. The archaeological sites of Birka and Hovgården, on the neighbouring island of Adelsö, make up an archaeological complex which illustrates the elaborate trading networks of Viking Scandinavia and their influence on the subsequent history of Europe. Generally regarded as Sweden's oldest town, Birka (along with Hovgården) has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1993.
The rune stone has once stood by the island's quay, but no longer does so due to the elevation of the land. It was raised around 1065 by the king's bailiff and the weight is 7 tones. The kings of the then Svea Kingdom are also considered to have been buried in this area.

Back to August..On my first day back home form my trip to Australia I took a walk around the city to see what had been happening over the past three weeks.

Aspen bark scars look like writing to me.
The white layer is translucent - sunlight diffuses through it to a green layer of chloroplast-filled cells. Yes, the bark of Aspen trees photosynthesizes like leaves do. It is also sugary and delicious - the dark scars are from animals, mostly elk, eating it.
Taken on Reykjanes, Iceland
The runes on the stone and the wood make associations to the heathern (Gemanic) runes that were used by the earliest Viking settlers in Iceland (arond 800AD +- 2 centuries)
