Six hours of exploring this beauty, from main lobby to the top of the elevators, then back down to the lobby and on to the basement. This is the first building I have been in where the walls are literally turning to powder. Instead of the typical clay blocks, they use "Pyrobar" blocks. These are made from wood pulp and Gypsum.
Many self-proclaimed experts mistake the makeup of these blocks and assume they (the blocks, not the people) are made from Asbestos. Especially once they see the white powder. Nope. Although rarely the mortar contains some Asbestos.
One person went on a tirade about how unsafe this place was because of the piles and piles of white asbestos dust. Wrong. It's wood pulp and Gypsum.
The top floor is home to two luxury apartments - penthouses, each with an outdoor roof space - and what a view.

Formerly being the State Railway of Thailand's golf course, the 375 rai (150 acres) plot of land was converted into a public park for recreational activities and doing exercises of the people living in the vicinity. Some parts of the old golf course were conserved for children's golf practices. There are officials available to explain and give information on plants and flora to those interested as there are botanical garden, medicinal herbs garden and Buddhism garden in the park. Besides, some parts of the area are used for sporting ground, swimming pool and camping site which the students can use for bird watching activity as there are plenty of big trees in the park which are good natural habitat for various kinds of birds.
