For this shot i achieved gaining entrance to this elder mansoin. I had a shot in mind, that was linked to the piano, that you can spot on the left. It was left covered intentionally, as I planed to create a dreamy effect including the model, that is dancing to the invisible and not existing music. She wore a white dress, that war combined with the white cloth, giving her a farry-like look, while it floats arround her body.
Light: I did not use any strobes. I had them with me, but the sun beam, falling through the window was that fitting, that I decidded not to modify the light. Due to this beam she became seperated from the backround and her dress looked gloowing white.
Camera Settings:
ISO: 1000
Aperture: f/5.6
Exposure time: 1/640s
I used a higher ISO, as it was a day with changing light. Sometimes there were clouds covering the sun and sometimes they were gone. And I wanted to regulate the exposure only by changing the time. The exposure time, that I chose is maybe a bit short, but at this moment it turned bright and I shortened the time.
As I used the Nikon D700 I have plenty of headroom concerning the ISO.
Greetings,
Phillip
Rotting Vought F7U Cutlass looking like some kind of strange dinosaur.
The Cutlass was the United States Navy's first supersonic production aircraft. It was reported that upwards of 25 percent of all Cutlass were lost to accidents alone - a terrible and unacceptable ratio in the world of military aviation. As soon as the unique F7U Cutlass arrived on the scene in 1953, it quickly gave way to more advanced and stable aircraft. The Cutlass began being phased out from frontline service as early as 1956.
