this was my favorite pop when i was a child. my sister found this bottle, that was before my time, and she sent it to me. it makes a nice vase : )

I miss A&W. When it was in Singapore, I LOVED the coney fries. Then they stopped it. And they started shutting down :( This one was taken on a road trip to Sunway. Kuala Lumpur. They had a stand-alone A&W eatery and boy, was I happy. :)

Richie was especially interested in the cheerleaders :)

First time making these, but I couldn't find rootbeer schnapps, so I just used regular rootbeer, and the rootbeer flavor isn't strong enough for my taste.

UPDATE: when I brought these to work, they were gone in 20 minutes.

So my goal this week was to do stop liquid photography at high shutter speeds to practice for a photoshoot we have coming up in June. The way that I was able to catch these things happening at such high shutter yet keeping focus is natural sunlight and focusing at the point of landing rather than the object and following it. The focus was obtained by placing an object in the place that the subject will be landing, and then pulling it away from the shot. My shutter speed was ranging from 1/2000 – 1/4000 of a second. Auto ISO to make sure it was properly exposed. Used seven frames per second and started firing the camera before the subject started moving. In summary, this shoot was a lot more difficult than anticipated, having to do many modifications to what I was doing because things weren’t showing up in the camera the way I wanted it to. Even added glue to the milk to make it look thicker. Also attempted to adjust for overcast days but it absolutely didn’t work. Everything had to be before 11am and after 3 for a good angle of the sun. Took over 500 photos for only a handful that I’m happy with, absolutely would not recommend to someone without patience… Overall was pretty fun however and liked being able to be outside for the pictures that I was taking. Most of my weeks have comprised of me doing work on a drop shipping store in my room and videogames so this was a nice break from all of that.
