Ouray, Colorado campsite taken with Rokinon 14mm f2.8 glass.

No one knows what they're up to but we should stop them...before it's too late!

Took a chance on a last minute walk about on a rainy day in Greenwood Cemetery. I was given a tip to check it out and now passing it on. It's a beautiful place.

Wanted to get in one more visit before this place was fully renovated although it seems the work has been halted for some time. It's changed so much since my last(pre reno) visit years ago. Most of the spaces are pretty much gutted. It still has that abandoned feel but its fading.

Don't let the shiny chair fool you...this place is beyond toxic. Not in a good way. Cough cough.

Got myself a new lens. Rokinon 14mm f/2.8. Totally manual lens, but totally awesome.

This is essentially the same image as Yaki Point -_DSC9274 except it is a stack of three images, including DSC9274. This is literally my second run with Deep Sky Stacker so the results might not be representative.

I believe the different colors (I tried to match the colors of DSC9274 in post, but could not) are due to the removal of the haze. I think the software saw it as noise and suppressed it.

Backing up a moment to Kyoto, I wanted to share a couple of images from one of my favorite moments during my trip. A young man and now friend I met while he was in the States very kindly performed the tea ceremony for me and his friends in his family's shop. It was very fun, we had some great laughs, and I really appreciated this hospitality, especially after so many days roaming around on my own.
