UTHealth’s Microsurgical Robotics reception, hosted by Jim and Shirley Dannenbaum, was held February 8, 2016, at the Junior League of Houston. The event showcased the work of Dr. Daniel Kim and Dr. Mark Dannenbaum, who are developing the world’s smallest robotic surgical system, designed to operate remotely and transform the most delicate of surgeries.

Roman is the name of him.
Roman is also a name of the Brand that use the "Roman robot" as a character.
The brand and the art of the roman robot t's been registered and started in 1998.
Since then it's been produced under the name Roman and under the Art concept
a series of product like clothing, comics, illustrations, paintings, scultures, skateboards.

My dad gave me this robot a while back. I think it was thrown out years ago where he used to work, and he likes to salvage things.
I'm not engineer-minded enough to figure out/fix the wiring and circuits and such, so Wattman doesn't work. But maybe one day.
