I love this street artist's work. Roar Art indeed (even if Tasmanian Tigers never roared). There needs to be a roar heard around the world from ordinary people who are doing it mighty tough at the moment - and things are only getting worse. Does the political class care? Well not when they have their highly paid careers to look after and their fantastic superannuation funds to secure their future. Meanwhile, even the middle classes are afraid of losing their homes. Roar people roar!
Reminds me of a stirring anthem. We will not be slaves again:

This is a photograph of Iguazu waterfalls as seen from the Brazillian side of the escarpment. The falls are a powerful, loud and amazing sight to behold. I would have loved to photograph this scene at sunrise or sunset, but the falls are in a national park which only opens at 9am, way after sunrise. Still, the experience of seeing them is amazing.

Made this for a Livejournal header competition. It didn't win but one person used it on their journal and created a whole theme with it, which I was quite chuffed over :3
Lysanne knew. The emptiness, feeling so heavy she couldn’t move. She sat on the beach for hours listening to the roar of the waves, thinking of nothing 🔸
