Taken at the beautiful "The Bay", really worth the visit ♥
I used to bite my tongue and hold my breath
Scared to rock the boat and make a mess
So I sat quietly, agreed politely
I guess that I forgot I had a choice
I let you push me past the breaking point
I stood for nothing, so I fell for everything
You held me down, but I got up (Hey)
Already brushing off the dust
You hear my voice, your hear that sound
Like thunder, gonna shake the ground
You held me down, but I got up (Hey)
Get ready cause I had enough
I see it all, I see it now
I got the eye of the tiger, a fighter
Dancing through the fire
'Cause I am a champion, and you’re gonna hear me roar
Louder, louder than a lion
'Cause I am a champion, and you’re gonna hear me roar
Now I’m floating like a butterfly
Stinging like a bee I earned my stripes
I went from zero, to my own
Roar, roar, roar, roar, roar
Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, "I will try again tomorrow - Mary Anne Radmacher
A storm at mid Atlantic. Scenario - very rough weather . Movements restricted . Its impossible to stabilize the camera even with tripods because the Ship Rolls continuously. Still tried..
A man alone on the cliffs, a silhouette against the darkening sky, the waves crashing far below, their mournful roar rising like the echoes of forgotten grief, each tide a reminder of his sorrow.
Above, a seagull passed aimlessly, their shadow brushing the stone like fleeting memories, untouched by the weight of his sorrow.
The sea, infinite and unyielding, stretched endlessly before him, cold and indifferent, a reflection of the depth of his loneliness, the tide relentless in its rhythm, as if mocking his stillness.
He lingered there, eyes hollow, staring into the abyss, as though pleading for it to speak, to give meaning to the silence that consumed him, to the sorrow that the tide could never wash away.

If this Yellow-headed collared lizard could make vocalizations I am certain it would be the kind of roar we envision t-rex dinosaurs making. This cold lizard was not interested in a photo shoot and decided to gape his mouth in a threat display to scare me away.
There’s almost nothing that I can think of that sounds as good as a train in the distance coming through a dead silent snow covered river valley and all you here is that distinct roar off a train. This empty BNSF coal train is crossing the James River just east of Springfield, Mo.
Stags in Bushy Park emitting loud roars as the rutting season (Sept - Nov) continues. A lot of activity yesterday which included intimidating the photographer!
At Healesville Wildlife Sanctuary - another form of wildlife lurking amongst the native bush! You could hear the recordings of their (supposed) roars from the entrance. www.zoo.org.au/healesville/whats-on/events/lost-sanctuary/ .One of three facilities managed by Melbourne Zoo - Healesville Wildlife Sanctuary, Werribee Open Range Zoo and Melbourne Zoo.
With the almost perfect silence around we could always hear the roar of the snow plows long before they would pass by. So I had enough time to jump up and get ready to capture its passage clearing the road from the fresh snowfall during the night. I LOVED those moments; the drivers of those plows appear to be tough cookies, we met some on the (narrow) roads and they wouldn't flinch nor move a millimetre to the side so sometimes we almost ended up in the deep snow to the side of the road :p :D
