I believe the Short-eared Owl, grabbed a leaf blowing across the pavement, thinking it was a small rodent.
From a shoot I had with Cally in August.
Lighting: Strobeam DL4 with 43" softbox at 1/2 power right of camera. Triggered with PT04.

Fourth of July fireworks display in my hometown in Oregon, USA. Occasionally, the entire butte from which they launch the explosives goes up in flames. Last night, it did not. It was beautiful to watch while maintaining social distancing.
A lake close to me had flocks of Canada geese roosting overnight. This was just after 100+ had flown off leaving me and the three left! All the white things you can see are bits of feathers left by the birds
