Video of one of the Megachile lucidiventris bees cleaning out the nesting hole she hatched from for reuse. This bee is one of Rey's offspring and has, since this photo was taken, made several nests of her own in the same hotel. There were two Megachile bees using that hotel, both Rey's daughters, who we named Rayleigh and Ramona. :)

it was a lot of work, unsoldering 80% of that junky dbx box - but I got a nice bit of infrastructure and a nice box, too, that works out well for this project.

Still don't have the handles on it yet, but man, it came out nice! The bottom has a faux gusset so carrying bulky things is easier. The top has pleats, making the opening a bit smaller than the bottom of the bag, so things don't fall out! Also, check out those French seams!

It's pretty simple really, The ReUse Project is about finding multiple uses for things and throwing nothing away that doesn't have to be. ReUsing is kind of like Recycling, only we arent geting rid of things, we are finding new uses for them.
Here are a few examples of how you might ReUse...

My MIL gave me her Serger and I have accumulated a bunch of flannel. I have sensitive skin so I am going to try just using water with these in case Lyric has sensitive skin as well.

Promoting the use of reusable bags in Galveston. We gave away approximately 600 reusable bags and created a Bag Monster from single use plastic bags we obtained from the public on the Seawall and beach.
