I went to Graceland at the beginning of the summer and fell in love with the poodle wallpaper in Gladys Presley's bathroom. I created the poodle embroidery on this dress and the dress itself with that in mind:

We finally scootered over to the reopened, refurbished Tail o’ the Pup at its new permanent location! The vegan corn dog & the veggie Chicago Dog were fucking awesome. We look forward to returning & trying other dogs on the menu. The chili cheese fries were disappointing, however. Nothing comes close to Earle’s on Crenshaw.

Here's a sneak preview of one of my favorite sweaters in our new book!
It's called "Speedway" and it was designed by Caryn Lantz of Fuzzy Noodle Knits (http://fuzzynoodleknits.typepad.com/). This and the sweater on the cover were the first two things I commissioned for the book.
That was four years ago. Yikes! I had to put the project away because I couldn't handle it alone. But after two years of working with Caro, Speedway is ready for its close-up!!
