For the Japan Expo 2005, Japan built the largest, Newest airport in Nagoya. Inside of the Nagoya airport, the department stores have a retro-Edo Period look. Very stylish.

A variety of various Pop Shoppe sodas from Canada, some in the new traditional Stubby design (Cola on the left and the Lime Ricky), and the old bottle design that was used until recently. Pop Shoppe has some decent sodas, with a wide variety for everyone, from Cola, to lime to Grape and Root Beer. My favourite is the Root Beer. I like the nostolgia factor of the bottles, since they are made from glass, and the new design is a traditional Canadian stubby design!

For many, myself included, the great attraction of Carter's Steam fair is the vintage rides and games, but I took this picture to spotlight something that struck me - the fair had provided bins for litter and benches to sit on & spectate - little facilities often absent from modern travelling funfairs, that can nonetheless make for a much more pleasant experience at little extra cost.
