I created this afghan a couple of years ago watching an italian vintage pattern from the 70's. I used all of the colours I had at home, added a thin lurex thread to the black yarn and changed a little bit the border for reaching an even more psychedelic look! XD

I prefer it on the floor, used as a rug... Maybe if I sew it on a solid base... What do You think?

Not over the moon posting this one. I dug it out of my archives - have been suffering from a massive headache for a few days now and haven't been in the mood for much. But I'm spending the weekend on the Mediterranean sea in southern France and hoping to be more productive in terms of taking interesting shots :-) It's been so long since I've seen and smelled the sea - can't wait!!
