View of Marlton Commons Shopping Center passing over the Route 73 overpass. It originally opened in 1973 as Two Guys Shopping Center with a strip of small stores which have since been replaced with two big box stores. The Marlton Comons name came a couple of years ago after Vornado sold the site, before it was just named after the anchor store - Two Guys then Jefferson Ward, Bradlees then Kohl's. Shop Rite took over the former Two Guys Supermarket space shortly before the rest store closed - It has been here the longest and generates the most traffic here since it is the only supermarket in town (there were as many as six at one time).
Friendly's came along in May, 1983. In the mid 1970s a Roy Roger's Restaurant was added on a pad site beyond Friendly's in this scene, which later became Boston Market. it was demolished in the late 2000s when a driveway was relocated and replaced with another pad site building nearby housing Bank of America, partly hidden behind Friendly's in this scene. Recent addition Shake Shack is at the far right.

This is one of the nicest Wal-Marts you wiill ever encounter. Forget big city metro Wal-Marts who have associates that couldn't give a damn about the company or their jobs and have bad attitudes...here in Carroll, Iowa you will receive great service from most associates here who take their job in stride! We also have a great looking store, too! At a city of 10,000 (city-data.com), competition is at a great level with this Wal-Mart along with Kmart down the road. Ever since we moved in March 2008, we have held together this awesome big store with values. Though the "family" feeling has somewhat faded (all big stores do that), the people haven't and they are as friendly as ever! So if you are in the Carroll, Iowa area...stop on by this Wal-Mart...you'll be glad you did! Includes Subway, Optical, Photo Center (NOT 1-Hr. Photo), Tire & Lube Express, Connection Center, Family Fun Center, SmartStyle Hair Salon, Bakery, Deli, Meat & Produce!
Kohl's first Off Aisle discount store in a portion of the former Clover Store on Route 70 in Cherry Hill, NJ, scheduled to open in June. Kohl's says they will sell items here that were returned to Kohl's stores and online that are still like new and the offering will eventually be expanded. The exterior uses Kohl's brown and tan color scheme.
I'm overwhelmed with all I want to click on, it's going to take me ages to get round everyone but I'll get there eventually…
WEEK 52.1 – Stateline Rd. “Bauhaus” Kroger Revisited
Stepping inside, here's our first look, and it's a nice one! The trademark garden circle is looking better than ever in the area formerly dubbed "produce" here in the Stateline store. Lack of skylights is made up for by an abundant amount of spotlights aimed at the décor piece. Bradley_Memphis has a somewhat similar look at this area pre-2012 décor here.

These places are public so these photos are too, but just as I tell where they came from, I'd appreciate if you'd say who :)
This is a departure form my normal portrait style (whatever that is) I was having a go with a wide angle (10-20mm) LittleMissPhotocillin and I were killing time in Camberley yesterday. We won Custard the Cat in one of these grabber machines. The shopping trollies were abandoned in the middle of the pedestrian precinct.
LMP hasn't been in a shopping trolley for years......hence the title
No it's not a HDR but I used the "punch" preset in Lightroom and increased the clarity over LMP
This store has a very busy past to have only been here since 2012 The restaurant opened in November 2012. On December 20 the store was heavily damaged by fire and had to almost be rebuilt completely. It reopened in 2013.
Per Memphis Retail's panoramic shot (flic.kr/p/AtnHiy), this striking red TangerClub mini-billboard size advert was just a blank wall three day's prior. See the large expanse of white a little to the left of the 3rd tower in that linked photo. Note a portion of the Under Armour sign in the left of my photo, and you can see the Under Armour signage over the actual store in the right of the photo.

Our Focus Group meeting minute log book from 2000. We became a Focus Store in response to the closing of the other Marlton Super Fresh at Marlton Crossing. Focus Store was a company program to address issues, come up with ideas for improvement, work on holiday plans and fund raiser ideas - supported by an executive committee at headquarters. The program did seem to get things done at the stores. It was originally called Quality of Work Life, when there was a profit sharing program.
This is the view from outside of the store show it's relatively small. It is located in a hallway across from and next to class rooms. Other than the window decals there's no other indication of the business in the whole building.
Check It Out is a "store" run by the Center for Retail Management at the University of Houston Downtown campus. The store uses a point system and accepts no other payments. It is there to give field experience to students while still being a controlled environment.
Excuse the blurriness of these photos they were taken through glass.

This Walmart received the puffy, or pillow type overhead signs for it's Project Impact remodel, as seen here. I personally like these better than the newer flat signs, but I know opinions are sometimes sharply divided over this!
